What: Traditionally, new condominium projects in San Francisco are beaten down by the neighbors until they're become… more traditional. Dodging that particular NIMBY bullet, architect Owen Kennerly's newly-completed composition of angled cubes in the Richmond is an elegant solution for six unique dwellings on an awkward, narrow lot. Units range from $1.495M to $2.295M, with the largest a 3-level unit a ground floor commercial/office space, intended for a home business. Below, the living room in the West Penthouse:
