The gang learned a pretty nasty trick that pack of Alphas was using on "Teen Wolf" this week. They had their victims locked in the vault of the local bank. These victims also happened to be werewolves and as they'd been denied the ability to transform for a few months, they were going to be particularly brutal.
But even that wasn't the biggest shocker of the night. The biggest shock was for Derek alone, as he recognized one of the prisoners.
“Cora?” he asked in stunned disbelief. A few moments later, he was able to clarify, saying, "She’s my sister. My younger sister.”
“What the hell is she doing here?” Scott wondered.
“Like I have a clue," Derek responded. "I thought she was dead.” So there's clearly plenty of story there, but there wasn't time to get into any of it as the danger was escalating.
HollywoodLife thought the arrival of Derek's presumed-dead sister was the biggest surprise of the night. But there was no happy reunion. As BuddyTV noted, Cora escaped with the other prisoner, and now the gang needs to track them down before they go on a killing rampage through the town.
The family reunion will have to wait on "Teen Wolf," Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
