As holders of the Presidents' Trophy, the Blackhawks open the best-of-seven series at home in Chicago. Of course, a trip to the Windy City for Game 1 shouldn't faze the Eastern Conference champion Bruins, who won their first road game in each series during their postseason run.

Although the Blackhawks and Bruins are two of the most storied franchises in the NHL, these two groups of players haven't seen each other in a while. Thanks to the lockout-shortened season, the Blackhawks and Bruins haven't faced off since Oct. 15, 2011, according to NHL.com.

"It's a special couple places, the tradition of the Bruins and the Hawks is special," Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said ahead of Game 1, via The Associated Press. "I'm sure, you know, the rivalry could return instantly come Game 1. I think it's good for the league. It's good for hockey. Two great hockey markets. We're very excited to be a part of it."
