Kanye's 'I Am A God' Studio Video Shows 'Yeezus' Sessions With Rick Rubin & Mike Dean

Kanye West has already acknowledged that legendary producer Rick Rubin jumped on "Yeezus," West's forthcoming album, and now there's proof. In a new video posted on West's website, the rapper is seen laying down vocals for "I Am a God" while Rubin -- looking as Santa Claus-y as ever -- luxuriates on a nearby beach chair.

The video works better on West's site than on the embed above, as it's meant to be an overlay. Producer Mike Dean is apparently also working on the track -- take a look above. "I Am a God" was initially rumored to be the album's title, and folks were up in arms because the rumors also misstated the name as "I Am God." West performed the song for the first time at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York on Sunday and played the entire album for the media on Monday. "I Am a God" is actually one of the record's more upbeat and lighthearted tracks (it features West demanding croissants).

As fans flocked to his website, West himself was introducing his music at a listening party Art Basel in Switzerland. "Yeezus" drops June 18 and features King L, Chief Keef, Justin Vernon of Bon Iver over production by No ID, RZA, Daft Punk, Dean and more.
