Chicago architect David Adler has plenty of major homes in the area, though several of his lesser-known works are just as exciting. One such home, at 2708 North Lakeview in Lincoln Park, just hit the market.

According to the Estately listing, the "architecturally and historically significant" David Adler home overlooking Lincoln Park has a wealth of comforts like a paneled library, landscaped backyard and solarium nestled inside the 7,500 square-foot five bedroom six bathroom residence.

Built in 1915, the home still has many of the original details and snazzy touches like a checkerboard floor and multiple fireplaces. The recently-listed home comes with a price tag of $2.95 million.
