The result is a $4.75M, 4-bed, 4.5-bath house that's unusually big and comfortable as well as impeccably stylish. On the ground floor along with a 2-car garage, there's a family room and second kitchen open to the back yard, plus a 1-bedroom suite. Upstairs on the main floor, the living room fireplace is sheathed in Heath tiles, while over the low cabinet/banquette, a wood panel slides back along the wall to reveal the television:
