Supporters of Hillary Clinton were out in full force Monday night, urging the former Secretary of State to make a presidential run in 2016.
Nearly 50 people chanted and cheered Monday while Clinton gave a speech in Michigan at the Economic Club of Grand Rapids' 26th annual dinner, MLive.com reports. The rally outside the event was organized by the groupReady for Hillary, a super PAC that launched in January 2013.
Acccording to MLive.com, the group held signs that said "I'm ready for Hillary" while chanting phrases like, “Who do we want? Hillary! When do we want her? 2016!"
The members of Ready for Hillary aren't the only ones showing support for a potential Clinton presidential run. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) endorsed Clinton for president on Tuesday, and former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm has said she wants to be a part of a campaign should Clinton run.
