A one-hour workout is just 4 percent of your day. And while we applaud anyone sweating it out for 60 minutes, the other 23 hours of the day are equally important.

That's the message nutritionist and personal trainer Karl K. Scott came to HuffPost Live to share. He sat down with Josh Zepps to discuss some of the more frustrating places he's spotted clients -- like fast food joints and bakeries. "They need to take responsibility for the 23 hours," he said. "I take major responsibility for my one hour."
