2-Year-Old Drives Truck Into House Of Kathleen, George Williams

Posted: Updated:

A toddler can really drive you through the roof -- or in this case, through a wall.

Kathleen and George Williams told WXIA they returned to their Grayson, Ga. home Wednesday to find that someone drove a red pickup truck into the house.

As it turns out, that someone was a 2-year-old.

A neighbor across the street admitted to police that he was unloading the pickup with his toddler in the cab, and the boy managed to put the truck in gear. The vehicle then "rolled down at a fairly slow speed across the street," Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Jake Smith told WXIA.

No one was injured in the incident. The crash broke gas and water lines, two windows and left a large hole in the outside wall, but the Williams say they aren't angry with their neighbor because it was only an accident.

Two-year-olds aren't the only ones who are menaces behind the wheel.

In January, a Nebraska man crashed his car into a pizza restaurant, then called from inside the vehicle to order pizza.

The previous month, an Illinois woman managed to crash into two different businesses in two days. A local police officer suggested that "Maybe she's getting her brake and accelerator confused."
