This week's worst-dressed list is full of celebrities who were desperately in need a tailor. Beyoncé's white cut-out dress could have been a home run had she gotten it properly fitted to her bust, while Gwyneth Paltrow's satin top needed a various alterations.
Although there were quite a few outfits that left us with our jaws on the floor this week, Miley Cyrus' ensemble takes the cake for most outrageous. Between her leather bra top, PVC jacket and sweatpants-jeans, this look might go down as one of the worst in history.
