Obama Sweats Through Climate Change Speech (VIDEO MASHUP)

WATCH: Obama Wipes Off Sweat 10 Bajillion Times During Climate Change Speech

As President Barack Obama announced his climate change plan under the hot sun at Georgetown University, he was forced to wipe sweat from his forehead multiple times, adding a dramatic flair to the speech's message.

The coincidence was not lost on observers, who quickly took to Twitter to react:

Obama declared that while individual weather events are difficult to tie to climate change, "the planet is warming and human activity is contributing to it."

Depending on future greenhouse gas emissions, average U.S. temperatures are expected to rise between 4 F and 11 F by 2100. According to the EPA, most of the U.S. will see more days above 90 F by the end of the century.

The president spoke out on the Keystone XL pipeline, arguing that it should not be approved if it significantly increases greenhouse gas emissions. Click here for full coverage of the speech.
