UCLA finished off Mississippi State in the College World Series finals on Tuesday to earn its first baseball title in program history. The CWS championship gave UCLA its NCAA-record 109th team championships across all sports and its 130th national title.
While John Wooden's basketball dynasty may be the most famous success story in Westwood, it is hardly the only one. Currently, the UCLA women's softball team holds the most Division I championships in tournament history with 11 titles since the NCAA began governing the sport in 1982. The men's tennis team also has won 16 national titles.
