Blindfolded Chef Juliennes Potatoes Better Than You Ever Could (VIDEO)

Cutting potatoes into a julienne involves competent knife skills -- getting a matchstick-length cut can be intimidating for novices. But the chef in the video above pretty much schools everyone else by making perfect slices while blindfolded. Anyone else cringing as you hope he doesn't slice off a finger?
