Amanda Seyfried Thinks Sexual Attraction Should Come First

Way to tell it like it is, girlfriend!

Amanda Seyfried, who will be gracing the cover of Elle's August issue, opened up about her recent role as Linda Lovelace and her own personal love life (including her feelings on ex Dominic Cooper). It seems like her risque new role has cleared her inhibitions for sex talk, and Seyfried gives us all something to think about.

"Everybody I've dated I've been sexually attracted to immediately," she said. "Sparks don't grow—your vagina doesn't become more inclined to wanting someone just because you're around them."

"Lovelace" opens Aug. 9, and will offer a departure from Seyfried's safer and more innocent roles, as she will be portraying the victimized pornographic actress whose fame is linked to the X-rated movie "Deep Throat."

"I read the script and I was like, 'Wow, this is the riskiest thing that's happening [in Hollywood] right now,' " she said.

Whatever it is that's bringing out her racy honesty, we want more!
