Bethenny Frankel Has Epic Fight With Jason Hoppy, Calls Him 'Trash' (REPORT)

Things are getting nasty between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy as the two continue to work toward finalizing their divorce.

After a recent court date, Frankel reportedly had an epic fight with Hoppy in front of their 3-year-old daughter, Bryn, according to RadarOnline.com. The Skinnygirl mogul allegedly called her ex "trash" after the two failed to reach a settlement in court.

“Jason has always been very, very careful to never say anything negative about Bethenny in front of Bryn," a supposed source told Radar. But he doesn't think his ex "plays by the same rules."

Frankel and Hoppy announced their split in December after almost three years of marriage. She said the decision was difficult but the best choice for her family. In April, TMZ reported a divorce settlement was nearing, but there were still many loose ends. Division of property remained on the table, along with custody of their daughter.

The former reality star has opened up about her sorrow over how things worked out. Frankel called her marriage "a mistake" and said she "made the wrong choice" during a candid interview with People magazine in May.

At least one person isn't shocked the former couple's relationship didn't end happily-ever-after: Frankel's ex-BFF, Jill Zarin.

"Everything my mother Gloria said was true," Zarin told David Caplan of Gossip David last month. "My mother told Bethenny she was never going to be happy going down that road. Jason [Hoppy] knew exactly what he was getting himself into. I don’t have any sympathy for him. He bought it lox [sic], stock and barrel. She was auditioning him for the role of a lifetime. And as predicted, she ate him up and spit him out, that’s what Bethenny does. She eats them up and spits them out."
