Tom Brady, Tim Tebow Concerned For Aaron Hernanadez In 2011 (VIDEO)

WATCH: Brady, Tebow Worried About Hernandez In 2011

Current New England Patriots, but then opposing quarterbacks Tom Brady and Tim Tebow worried about Aaron Hernandez as far back as 2011, per a video discovered by the Orlando Sentinel.

In a midfield meeting following the Patriots' win over the Tebow-led Denver Broncos on Dec. 18 of that year, the two quarterbacks' conversation is picked up by NFL Film video.

“...I’m trying to watch over Aaron and Brandon (Spikes),” Brady tells Tebow.

“I appreciate that, too, man. They’re good guys,” Tebow responds.

“[Yeah] they’re a lot to handle,” Brady says.

Hernandez and Spikes were teamates of Tebow at the University of Florida and then played with Brady on the Patriots. Hernandez now is jailed in Connecticut on first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of Odin Lloyd last month.

It is interesting that both men noticed the possibility existed for Hernandez to engage in questionable behavior, though neither probably ever thought Hernandez would in the situation he currently finds himself in.
