Attorney and frequent MSNBC guest Jay Fahy was found dead on Wednesday near his office in Rutherford, N.J.

Fahy, who appeared on MSNBC and other networks to discuss major legal cases, died of a gunshot wound to the head. According to Cliffviewpilot.com, Fahy had not been to his office in more than a week. Two individuals who were walking by the railroad a few miles from Fahy's office found his body late Wednesday afternoon. The news was confirmed by Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli, who said Fahy's death was "the result of a single gunshot wound to the head, fired with a handgun."
