For many people, getting enough restorative sleep is much easier said than done, even though we know sleep deprivation can increase risk of stroke, cancer and even death.

More than 40 million Americans suffer from chronic sleep disorders. And during the summer months when exposure to light is more frequent, many people experience extra difficulty sleeping. In the video above, sleep experts from Loyola University Health System offer suggestions on how to get good sleep all summer long.
