"Once Upon a Time" has recast Robin Hood.

Tom Ellis played the role in the Season 2 "Lacey" episode, but could not reprise it for a Season 3 recurring arc. Instead, according to TVLine, Sean Maguire will play Robin Hood.

Maguire's other TV credits include "Criminal Minds," "Scott & Bailey," "Cold Case" and "EastEnders."

"Once Upon a Time" Season 3 will also feature Ariel of "The Little Mermaid" fame. Producers also said Tinker Bell and Peter Pan will be seen as several characters travel to Neverland to save Henry (Jared Gilmore).

"Once Upon a Time" won't be the only "Once" on the ABC block this fall. It will be joined on the schedule by "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland." The spinoff series will be a spin on "Alice in Wonderland" and there will be connections between the two fairy-tale series.

"Once Upon a Time" premieres Sunday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
