Kristen Bell inspired cries of "AW!" around the world when she proposed to Dax Shepard on Twitter after the Supreme Court's ruling on gay marriage.
Bell recently opened up to E! about her and Shepard's decision to wed and how their nuptials might be slightly different from those of most celebrity couples.
"We're not having a wedding," the actress said. "It's not a desire of either of ours to have any sort of day of celebration for us. I feel like we get enough attention in our daily lives and we want something sort of private that involves pen and paper. It could be any day. Honestly I could go home and we could do it today, there's no forethought really going into it."
Though "The Lifeguard" star did say, "I'll get gay-married, absolutely!"
Bell and Shepard have a 4-month-old daughter, Lincoln, who was born in May. In the interview, Bell calls her "delicious."
