What do you get when two longtime fashion executives with resumes that include Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, and J.Crew make a home together? An exceptionally curated, stylish place, of course. Dave DeMattei and Patrick Wade, who have been professional and personal partners for over thirty years, shared their home with Architectural Digest in the September issue.
Three years ago, new gigs as the CEO and executive vice president and creative director of Lucky Brands moved the duo to Los Angeles, and they settled into a five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot house built in the 1920s. The interiors house pieces from their 1,000-piece collection of art and furnishings from their travels. The result? Beautiful spaces that are perfectly layered with lots of pattern, depth and warmth. We especially love the kitchen with an unbelievable collection of white pottery and a bright pop of cobalt.
