And just like that, paternity leave is a wrap.
Prince William was back to work this morning in Anglesey, Wales, the town where Will and Kate were living before Prince George arrived. Will returned for the Anglesey Show, a two-day agricultural show with gundog, livestock and falconry displays that had the royal balancing a falcon on his hand. (So brave, that prince.)
The appearance, for which William wore a dark green Barbour-style jacket and khaki pants, was his his first official duty since the birth of his son on July 22 (although he's been spotted playing polo and going surfing over the past few weeks -- even dads can have fun).
But fatherhood isn't a total walk in the park, Will told reporters at the event. Little Georgie is "pretty loud and extremely good-looking," quipped the new dad, adding that he and Kate suffered "just a few sleepless nights but [George] is sleeping much better now."
We bet Will is, too, now that he's retuning to his normal routine. See photos of Will playing with birds and charming the crowd at his first day back at work.
