'A.C.O.D.' Trailer Just Coined A New Term (And It's Catchy)

Why Adam Scott & Amy Poehler Are Enemies

As "Friends With Kids" proved, the world can't have enough movies where Adam Scott plays the lead. He's back in that mode again in "A.C.O.D.," a new comedy that debuts on Oct. 4, following its premiere at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Scott plays a man who fits under the title acronym (that's Adult Children Of Divorce) and tries to navigate the muddy waters left behind by his parents' divorce (Catherine O'Hara and Richard Jenkins play his onscreen mother and father). Jane Lynch, Jessica Alba, Adam Pally and Mary Elizabeth Winstead all show up too, as does Amy Poehler, playing Jenkins' new onscreen wife and an antagonist to Scott's character. We're not in Pawnee anymore, y'all.
