Mena Suvari has been cast in a recurring role for Season 2 of NBC's "Chicago Fire," according to Deadline.
The "American Beauty" star will play Isabella, a friend of Monica Raymond's Dawson who reportedly "helps Mouch (Christian Stolte) with his campaign as President of the Chicago Firefighters Union. But although Mouch and Isabella have a strictly professional relationship, things heat up between Isabella and one of Mouch’s fellow firefighters."
Elsewhere on "Chicago Fire" Season 2, Michelle Forbes is joining the cast as Gail McLeod, a high-ranking consultant with the State Fire Marshal's office. NBC has also ordered a spinoff of the series titled "Chicago PD," which will likely premiere midseason.
"Chicago Fire" Season 2 premieres Tuesday, September 24 at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
Any guesses which fireman will catch Isabella's eye?
