With everyone and their mother encouraging me to buy my first home (you know, low interest rates, buyer's markets, etc.), I've spent the past few months looking at housing options.

I'd explain the annoying lack of reasonably-priced, decent housing stock, but Redditor bklyn66 perfectly summed it up in one simple graphic.
