Best Male Video VMA: Bruno Mars Wins Moon Man At 2013 Video Music Awards

The Best Male Video VMA was awarded to Bruno Mars on Sunday night at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Mars won the award for "Locked Out of Heaven," the first single off his latest album, "Unorthodox Jukebox." Mars was also nominated for three other Moonman trophies at the 2013 Video Music Awards, including Video of the Year.

In addition to winning the Best Male Video award, Mars also performed his new single, "Gorilla," on the MTV VMA stage.

Mars defeated Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke, Ed Sheeran and Kendrick Lamar for the honor.
