Celebrity fitness trainer Joel Harper stressed that you must eat breakfast every single morning when he joined me this week on Mondays With Marlo. Eating breakfast is a great way to get your metabolism going, and it can prevent you from overeating later in the day. Joel suggested oatmeal, Special K cereal, fruit and smoothies made from berries, bananas, protein powder, flax seed and flax milk.
