Music legend Paul Simon gave fans a surprise thrill when he showed up unannounced to Chicago's Second City comedy club Thursday night.
Per tradition for visiting celebrities, Simon took to the stage for the "Let Them Eat Chaos" improv set, according to the comedy club's Facebook.
After some "funny" storytelling, the Tribune reports Simon sang "Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard" and played an acoustic version of "The Sound of Silence."
Apparently, Simon wasn't the only star to stop by the Second City Thursday night, either:
Saw Michael Shannon at the bar last night. Half an hour after Paul Simon came on for the encore at Second City.
