Adam Bouska's "NOH8" Campaign , originally formed as a response to California's Proposition 8, added NFL star and former Superbowl champion Brendon Ayanbadejo to its compilation of high-profile celebrities that advocate for marriage equality.

Ayanbadejo, who is also serving as a special guest editor of The Washington Blade's sports section, has long been a straight ally for the LGBT movement. In 2009, he wrote a Huffington Post blog titled "Same-Sex Marriages: What's the Big Deal?"

The "NOH8" campaign posted the photo today with the caption: "A real man supports equality."

Other participants in the campaign have included Kim Kardashian, Larry King, Meghan McCain and Gene Simmons, to name a few.
