Career expert and author Tory Johnson told me all about her diet plan when she stopped by Mondays With Marlo this week. Tory had tried and failed at every diet under the sun, but she was finally able to succeed when she figured out what was best for her. There were three rules that she set for herself:
- Eat a whole lot less
- Limit carb intake
- Don't eat anything fake
