Bill O'Reilly had his own special take on the six different interviews President Obama did about Syria on Monday night.
Speaking to Bernie Goldberg for the regular "Weekdays with Bernie" segment, O'Reilly opined that it was impossible for an anchor to "blow" such an interview because it was "too easy." He then proceeded to list some of the ways nobody asked the right questions, like the ones he would have asked:
"I shouldn't say this, because I'm trying to get the president on 'The Factor'--I don't think he's going to come, but we've invited him--I want to know why, President Obama, why he just won't lead? Why he didn't lead in Libya, why he didn't lead in Egypt, and you know, you're not looked upon as a strong leader, that's why most conservatives aren't backing your play, they don't have any confidence that you're a quote-unquote 'wartime consigliere.' 'Godfather.'"
He also said that no anchor could be as "feisty" with Obama as he could, and that "the folks" were being denied "the information flow." So, there ya go. Presumably, Obama is itching to explain all that to O'Reilly.
