When she joined me on Mondays With Marlo, Everyday Health Leader Dr. Laura Berman told me what to do when your partner has gained a lot of weight and is no longer physically attractive to you. Dr. Berman said that you need to have a conversation with your partner, in a loving way, and explain that you have concerns for their health. Offer to exercise together or go on a diet as a couple. You should also tell your partner, "When you're fit, it really turns me on." This will encourage your mate, instead of insulting them.
