Geraldo Rivera has been sued by an agent, according to TMZ on Tuesday.

The celebrity gossip website, which obtained a copy of the lawsuit, reported that the William Morris Endeavor Agency is suing Rivera for allegedly not paying commission he owes. The agency represented Rivera in negotiations for his Fox News contract that ended in 2011, and said Rivera stopped making payments two years before then.

The Fox News host has not made any public statement about the lawsuit thus far. It is the latest bit of trouble for Rivera, who became the target of mockery months ago when he tweeted a shirtless selfie.
