If you love Internet-famous cats (who doesn't?!) and live in Chicago, you're in luck.

The wildly popular Internet Cat Video Festival, which debuted at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis last year, is set to put down stakes at the Irish American Heritage Center, 4626 N. Knox Ave., in Chicago on Oct. 19.

An estimated 3,500 cat-lovers are expected to attend and proceeds from the touring festival's Chicago stop will benefit both the Tree House Humane Society and Chicago Cat Rescue.

Allison Brock, a volunteer with Chicago Cat Rescue, told the RedEye earlier this month she plans to turn the venue into a "cat-lovers wonderland" -- and she said an appearance from an Internet cat-lebrity isn't out of the question.

Tickets to one of the festival's five screenings of the 75-minute-long compilation of cat-centric comedies, dramas, musicals and more are on sale for $10.

And as if one cat-centric event wasn't enough for you in October, Chicago, Lil Bub herself is set to headline a special screening of her new film "Lil Bub And Friendz: The Movie" on Oct. 10 at the Metro, 3730 N. Clark St. Tickets for the Metro event, the proceeds of which also benefit Tree House, range from $5 general admission to $60 for a VIP ticket that includes a special post-show meet-and-greet with the little rascal herself.
