09/27/2013 05:19 pm ET

The second annual Chicago International Social Film Festival kicks off Friday night -- and the fest is set to pack plenty of punch into its three-day, one-theater lineup.

Among the highlights of the festival, which is being held at Showplace ICON, 150 W. Roosevelt Rd., are a sneak preview of "'63 Boycott" from Kartemquin Films, the Haskell Wexler-directed doc "Four Days in Chicago" and a double header of films --Protein TV's "Chi Raq" and "Shellshocked" -- on youth gun violence. Golden Globe-winning actress Regina Tyler kicks off the fest's opening night on Friday.

Scroll down to take a peak at trailers for other films among the CISCF lineup.

A pass to the full festival runs $100 or tickets to any individual screening runs $20.
