Arianna Huffington Discusses The Third Metric at AdWeek 2013

Arianna Huffington led a discussion panel during AdWeek on Wednesday advocating for the need to redefine success beyond money and power to include the Third Metric: well-being, wisdom, wonder, empathy and our ability to give back.

"Defining success just in terms of the first two metrics," Huffington said, "is a little bit like sitting on a two-legged stool -- you're going to fall off."

Huffington's panel included "Newsroom" star Olivia Munn, Glamour Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive, NBC Universal EVP Lauren Zalaznick, IPG MediaBrands CEO and North America President and Global Clients Jacki Kelley, HopeLab President and CEO Pat Christen, VP of Partner Business Solutions for Google in the Americas Bonita Stewart and Roots of Empathy Founder and President Mary Gordon.
