How does a busy celebrity mom find time to work out? When she joined me on Mondays With Marlo, Jennifer Garner told me that she works out before the rest of her family wakes up. She has little kids, so she has to be done by the time they wake up. If the kids are sick all night, she'll skip a workout. Her one rule -- you can never miss more than a week. You need prioritize and work exercise into your schedule as often as possible.
