Jenna Dewan-Tatum wows on the November cover of Self magazine, posing in a crop top and spandex shorts. The 32-year-old actress gave birth to her first child with Channing Tatum, daughter Everly, four months ago and discusses her seven-week, 33-pound post-baby weight loss in the issue.
"I just recently had a baby, but I stayed in shape [throughout my pregnancy]," Dewan-Tatum tells Self in her behind-the-scenes video. "I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking, anything that made me feel good."
The "Witches of East End" star also reveals that Tatum has been her No. 1 cheerleader when it comes to taking her time dropping those pregnancy pounds.
"Channing is super supportive. He can't stop saying how amazing it is what the woman's body goes through," she gushes, explaining to the magazine, "In the past, if my jeans weren't fitting right, I'd work out. Now, if they're not fitting right, I'm like 'Oh, well! I'll get to the gym soon.' Chan loves my new [curvier] figure ... There's no complaints on his side, for sure!"
