Steve Lonegan Election: Republican Faces Off Against Cory Booker

Republican Steve Lonegan is battling Democrat Cory Booker at the New Jersey polls in today's special election for the U.S. Senate.

Lonegan, the former state director for the New Jersey chapter of the Koch brothers-founded Americans for Prosperity, has received support from Koch-linked and other conservative groups. Still, he was far behind Booker in fundraising going into Election Day, having raised $1.35 million compared to the Newark mayor's $11.2 million.
