Molly Takes Up Writing, Fantasizes About Killing Mike's Mom On 'Mike & Molly'

The unraveling of Melissa McCarthy's character on "Mike & Molly" continued this week. Now that she's left teaching behind, she was ready to move on and explore some of her other passions. One of those was writing, and so she started writing a very passionate story.

The show visualized her tale by coming back from commercial to find Molly knocking on her mother-in-law's door. When Peggy opened the door, Molly stabbed Peggy with an icicle. The shot cut to Molly reading to her mother and sister from her manuscript. "...satisfied knowing that the woman who had tortured her for so long was now dead. Millie was finally free to become the woman she was meant to be."

When she asked what they thought about it, her sister Victoria said, "I think you want to kill Mike's mom." Maybe next time, Molly should change more than one vowel sound in her protagonist's name.

Molly continues trying to find herself on the revamped "Mike & Molly," Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
