SAN DIEGO (AP) — Marine Corps officials say four Marines have been killed in a training accident at Camp Pendleton in Southern California.

Authorities say the accident happened at 11 a.m. Wednesday during a range maintenance operation at the San Diego County coastal base.

Officials say they're investigating and no details are being released.

The identities of the dead are being withheld pending notification of relatives.
