Bloomberg News reported Friday that Forbes Media, the publisher of Forbes magazine, is exploring a sale.
Sources familiar with the matter said that Forbes Media is seeking at least $400 million in a possible sale of the company, which would include Forbes magazine and Forbes' website. The company said in a memo to staff that it is working with Deutsche Bank AG to look at its options.

It is the latest report of a possible sale in the struggling print industry: in August, IAC sold Newsweek to IBT Media. Time Warner also announced plans to spin off Time Inc. as an independent company, after talks to sell the magazine division fell through.
