While it would not be surprising to learn that watching the struggling Jacksonville Jaguars could make someone tear their hair out, it is certainly jarring to see someone playing against them having a handful of his hair pulled out.
Jaguars defensive end Jason Babin came up with a fistful of dreadlocks after tackling Arizona Cardinals running back Andre Ellington during the third quarter. After stopping Ellington, Babin emerged from a crowd with Ellington's locks in his hand. He inspected his clippings and then threw them down to the turf at EverBank Field.
"Hair is an accessory," Ellington said after the game, via Frank Schwab of Yahoo! Sports' Shutdown Corner. "Nothing serious. We got the win."
As noted by Ellington, the Cardinals would defeated the Jags 27-14.
