Miles Scott captured the country's heart when the five-year-old cancer patient, whose dream to be a real-life superhero was made possible thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, fought off Batman's well-known foes The Joker and The Penguin in San Francisco on Friday (Nov. 15).

And Batkid earned himself some famous fans, including two A-List actors who've gotten the chance to play Batman on the big screen.

Ben Affleck and Christian Bale both reacted to Scott's incredible feat, giving him two thumbs up for protecting "Gotham City."

“It’s so touching,” Bale, who of course played the Dark Knight in Christopher Nolan's trilogy, said in an interview with Vulture. “Wasn’t that fantastic?”

“I’ve never been on Twitter, but how great a thing that it can create something like that! I mean, wonderful," he continued. "This little kid, oh my God -- what a wonderful day for the little fella! It’s just fantastic, seeing all those people who were out there to support it.”

As for those celebrity tweeters, the newest Batman star, Affleck, was one of them, taking to the social media platform to share his two cents on the pint-sized hero.

Michael Keaton, who played the Caped Crusader in the 1989 "Batman," also spoke out about Batkid, telling TMZ, "It's the cutest thing in the world. It's so cool. Let's not talk about Batman, let's talk about the kid. That's such a cool thing. That's such a cool idea."

Scott, who lives in Tulelake, Calif., was diagnosed with leukemia when he was 18 months old. He ended treatments in June and his cancer is now in remission.
