'Long Island Medium': Family Of YouTube Star Talia Joy Castellano

Theresa Caputo brought some closure to the family of YouTube and "Ellen" sensation Talia Joy Castellano on the latest episode of "Long Island Medium." Talia's mother Desiree and sister Mattia traveled all the way from Florida to see Theresa in New York. Talia died this summer at 13-years old after a long battle with cancer.

“She left such a big presence here on earth, and she accomplished so much in such a small amount of time," said Desiree.

Theresa told Desiree and Mattia, "[Talia's] the greeter of the children’s souls that pass [into Heaven]. And she makes them feel beautiful.”

One of Talia's bucket list items was to meet Theresa -- arguably, she was able to do that this week. The milestone was celebrated on Talia's Facebook memorial page. Her family is now helping other families. Fans can make donations to Talia's charity of choice, Base Camp Children's Cancer Foundation, on their site AngelsForTalia.com.

"Long Island Medium': airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
