Roller derby warrior Michelle Steilen has no problem treating an entire city as her own personal roller rink.

In a recently posted video for skateboard bearings brand Bones, Steilen is as light as a feather as she pirouettes smoothly down Hollywood Blvd. and the Venice Beach Boardwalk.

But at the two-minute mark, fans of her graceful twirling are in for a rude awakening as the record skips and Steilen starts falling -- hard. So hard that your tailbones will start hurting. That's when the video starts to get really interesting.

Steilen is the owner of Moxi Roller Skates and Moxi Shop in Long Beach, Calif. The YouTube video calls her a "star" in the Long Beach roller derby scene, where she's known as Estro Jen.

So if you see her around town, just get out of the way.
