Mysteryland Announces Ticket On-Sale Information And Camping

Mysteryland Heads To Woodstock

ID&T and SFX Entertainment have announced ticket on-sale information for Mysteryland, the first multi-day festival to take place at the venerable Bethel-Woods site where Woodstock unfolded decades ago.

Mysteryland will land at the venue for Memorial Day weekend, running from May 23 to May 26, 2014. HuffPost Entertainment -- a media partner of the event -- can exclusively reveal that tickets will go on sale to the public on Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. EDT. A pre-sale will be available on Dec. 11, and fans are encouraged to sign up for information at the festival's website.

Organizers are starting with a modest 20,000 tickets per day, starting at $109. On the other end of the spectrum, premiere VIP "B'n'B" Tents will sell for $1,999. Camping will also be available, as will be a "Nomadic Journey" pass which will include travel for three Mysterylands across North and South America and Europe. The event is always 21-plus.

“Mysteryland has had a tremendous impact on the music world and it is the logical festival to follow in the footsteps of the original ground-breaking music event, Woodstock,” said Robert F.X. Sillerman, Chairman and CEO of SFX in a press release. “This is more than just a music festival. This is a seminal event that marks the same kind of revolution in society that Woodstock signified. Woodstock changed everything when it took place in 1969 – music, culture, the way we looked at the world. Mysteryland did the same 20 years ago, when it started what is now a tidal wave of electronic music festivals and Electronic Music Culture (EMC), which engages hundreds of millions of people across the planet. SFX is proud to have the honor of producing Mysteryland at the home of Woodstock.”

“Woodstock represented the music of a new generation and cultural tour de force for the changing times, and today Mysteryland brings together the global forces of dance music for the millennial generation’s revolution,” said Duncan Stutterheim, one of ID&T's founders.

The electronic dance music festival is also announcing a partnership with Sunday School, a Made Event stage. A mini-festival within Mysteryland, Sunday School will offer a selection of top techno artists.

More information on Mysteryland is available on the event's Facebook and Twitter pages. A trailer for the event is available above, and our previous feature on 13 things you may not have known about Woodstock will make for great camping conversation come Memorial Day.
