This Slow-Motion Video Of A Chameleon Hunting Is Mesmerizing

What happens when the hunter becomes the hunted?

Behold the chameleon, one of many enthralling creatures featured in Nat Geo WILD's newest documentary "One Life." The film, narrated by actor Daniel Craig, features never-before-seen footage of animal behavior and breathtaking habitats filmed on every continent, including this chameleon's slow-motion hunting techniques.

The film was shot over 3,000 days in 12 different countries, and includes a few film firsts, including footage of a capuchin monkey cracking open a palm nut in super slow-motion, red foxes hunting a Nubian ibex, cheetahs working together to take down an ostrich and Komodo dragons hunting a buffalo.

Take a look at some photos from the film below, and tune in to Nat Geo WILD Sunday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
