It’s just about time to book those summer Brazil tickets. In a few short months, World Cup 2014 will be in effect and it’ll have a bumpin’ soundtrack single, courtesy of Wisin.
The former Wisin y Yandel frontman released a very special anthem this week, channeling the good vibes and party spirit of futbol. His “La Copa de Todos” features both English and Spanish lyrics, as well as some guest vocals from Mexican singer Paty Cantu.
“La Copa” already has a few versions circulating through cyberspace. A Portuguese version was released by singer Gaby Amarantos and an English jam (titled “The World Is Ours”) dropped last September.
But if you ask us, Wisin may have the edge. His take on the track adds some nice hip-hop elements and heavy thumping beats that every W y Y fan can appreciate.
