$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold In Chicago

Though no jackpot-winning tickets in the second largest Mega Millions lottery prize in U.S. history were sold in Chicago, one person in the city is still set to get a big payout from Tuesday night's drawing.

According to NBC Chicago, one $1 million winning quick pick ticket -- matching all five winning numbers and only missing the Mega Ball -- was sold at Tai Nam Market, 4925 N. Broadway St., in the city's Uptown neighborhood. As of Wednesday morning, the Chicago winner has not come forward.

For selling the $1 million ticket, Tai Nam will receive a $10,000 bonus, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The winning Mega Millions numbers were 8, 14, 17, 20, 39 and the Mega Ball was 7. Almost two dozen $1 million-winning tickets were sold in 15 different states.
